Note to our participants - We are now able accept debit & credit cards (as well as balance transfers) via Paypal. If you would like to use this option, send your payment to webmaster@teecreek.com and please make sure to include the name of the clinic you are registering for in the Subject line. Please choose Canadian funds as your currency and Paypal will convert at the current bank rate. If you would prefer paying by check, please check your registration form for the information.

Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellations made 30 days before a clinic will result in no refund offered. A fee of $50 Canadian will be applied to any cancellation of a working space. Cancellations made within the 30 days before a clinic will result in no refund of partial deposit unless there is someone to fill that working space. In order to hold a working space in a clinic/seminar you MUST have a deposit on that working space or it will be filled by the next person who sends in a deposit. Thank you.
